The inspected vehicle is not officially imported or supported by the original manufacturer (OEM) within the region where the inspection or repair was performed. As a result, access to official manufacturer tools, software, service procedures, technical bulletins, and genuine parts may be limited or unavailable.
Any inspection, diagnosis, advice, or repair performed by EV CARE is therefore conducted on a best-effort basis only, based on the information, tools, and resources reasonably available at the time of service.
Accordingly:
• EV CARE cannot provide OEM-level certification, warranty, or performance guarantees for such vehicles.• Any inspection or repair performed does not constitute manufacturer-approved service.• EV CARE shall not be held responsible for any consequential damages, indirect losses, system failures, or future faults that may arise in connection with the vehicle, including those that may appear related to the inspection or repair.• No warranty—express or implied—is provided regarding the future reliability, functionality, or suitability of the vehicle following the inspection or repair.
By requesting inspection or repair of a non-officially imported vehicle, the customer acknowledges and accepts these limitations.
