WARRANTY CHECK DEPOSIT

If you have an issue with your product, we offer a warranty check. A 99 QAR deposit is required to open the check.

If the product is defective with no external damage, we’ll replace it under the warranty terms and the deposit is refunded.

If the check finds no product defect — for example, the issue is caused by incorrect use, damage to your car or home installation, or anything not linked to the product itself — the 99 QAR service fee is charged on pickup of the goods.

This fee covers the time our technicians spend diagnosing the issue, so we can keep offering free checks to everyone. The check is completed within 72h during Normal buisness hours, as soon as inspected an automated notification for pickup is sent.
