Job Title: EV Workshop Supervisor & Technical Specialist
Role Overview:
In this multifaceted role, you will lead a small team while remaining hands-on. You will oversee EV maintenance, paint protection film (PPF) applications, detailing, and accessory installations. You’ll ensure high standards of work, coordinate the team’s tasks, and be the primary point of contact for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a team of technicians handling PPF, detailing, and accessory installs.
• Conduct EV maintenance and diagnostics, ensuring top-quality repairs.
• Manage the workshop’s schedule, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all services.
• Communicate directly with customers, providing clear explanations, estimates, and updates.
• Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and workshop standards.
• Act as a problem solver, addressing customer queries and guiding staff when challenges arise.
