You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Installed accessories or parts.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service at info@evcare.qa with your order details. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send items back without prior approval.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at info@evcare.qa and we will assist you with the exchange process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the shipping costs.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.

8. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
